A “Paris almost full-scale” planned to be constructed in Moscow Region

In 2008, the System-Gals Developer Company plans to begin implementation of two large low-rise dwelling projects near Kiev, Ukraine, and in Moscow Region, Russia. The announcement was made by the president of the company Felix Yevtushenkov.

In the near future, the company intends to start construction of a Paris almost full-scale” in Moscow Region, said Yevtushenkov. According to him, the territory of possible construction under the “Parisian” project in Moscow suburbs by “System-Gals” can make up to 470,000 square meters. Particularly, they will erect a replica of the Eiffel Tower and of Moulin Rouge.

As Apartments.ru informs, the cost of the construction within the frames of this project can reach $ 2.5-3 thousand per square meter.
