A tourist center to be constructed in Shushi (Nagorno Karabakh)
Black Garden Tufenkyan Company will construct a tourist center on the place of three tumble-down buildings in the Karabakh city of Shushi.
As a REGNUM correspondent in Stepanakert informs, the decision to alienate the mentioned objects alongside with the adjoining areas from the urban community by direct sale was adopted during a session of the Nagorno Karabakh government. The total price of the deal amounted to 21298.556 drams. According to the agreement, the buyer pledges by May 1, 2012, to carry out in two stages two investment projects worth $465,000 and to establish 30 temporary (before the end of construction works) and 20 permanent workplaces. Thus, the government of Karabakh intends to promote tourism in Shushi.
