Italians ready to invest in housing construction in Yekaterinburg

A delegation of investors from Italy headed by the president of the Domina Group Ernesto Preatoni visited Yekaterinburg. The delegation consisted of about 100 people. There were both private investors, investing their own money in implementation of various projects, and representatives of financial institutions, a REGNUM correspondent is told to at the press office of the city administration on May, 16.
According to City Mayor Arkady Chernetskiy, the Italian investors arrived in Yekaterinburg, because they consider the city as one of the most dynamically developing centers of Russia, and estimate its investment climate as favorable.
As Mr. Preatoni said, Italian investors are ready to participate in the projects to construct houses, a shopping center, as well as in construction of a hotel in the city and hope for support of Yekaterinburg authorities.
