Moscow Financial Company to invest 450 mn rubles in constructing a Moscow City shopping mall in Nizhniy Novgorod

Moscow Financial Company (registered in Nizhniy Novgorod) plans to invest about 450 million rubles in construction of a Moscow City shopping center in Moskovskiy district of Nizhniy Novgorod.
The shopping center will be a four-story building with total area of 11,500 sq. m., the company’s real estate expert Artyom Kochetov told a REGNUM correspondent.
Its ground floor will contain a sports club, a beauty salon, a tailor’s workshop, with the total area of 2,648.4 sq. m., the first floor will host a grocery store with the area of 2,604.03 sq. m., the second floor a hypermarket of household audio-video appliances with the area of 2,416 sq. m., on the third floor will be arranged for general goods, gifts and other goods with the area of 2,416 sq. m., and the fourth floor will have a cafe, a bar with the area of 1,754.7 sq. m.
A parking place for 200 cars is planned to be constructed too. All-the-day-round use of the trading areas on the ground floor will be possible.
The Moscow City shopping mall is planned to be opened in the first quarter of 2009.
According to Kochetov, the investment council at the governor of Nizhniy Novgorod region has approved the application of the Moscow financial company for allocation of a ground area to implement the project.
