Over 470 mln rubles to be spent for repair of housing cooperative apartment blocks in Sochi
More than 473,235,000 rubles will be allocated for repair of apartment blocks in Sochi (Krasnodar region). An announcement on it was made on April 7 at a news conference at the Sochi City Administration by the deputy chief of the department of housing and communal services and development Oleg Slepakov.
Most of the funds will be taken from the Fund for housing and communal services reform assistance, it is more than 307 million rubles,” Slepakov informed. By 70 million rubles is provided from the regional and city budgets. 24 million rubles are coming from owners.
According to Slepakov, 29 apartment blocks are to be repaired, which are property housing cooperatives. “We have been collecting information about buildings in need of repair from all areas of Sochi,” noted Oleg Slepakov.
