Perga Development plans to construct Power Center in Nizhniy Novgorod

Perga Development and Management Ltd (Moscow) plans to construct a Power Center in Sovetskiy District of Nizhniy Novgorod, reports the official website of the company. The total area of the three-story Power Center is planned to be 111,270 sq. m.; the total area for rent will be 52,340 sq. m.
Anchor tenants at the complex will be international and national trading networks among which is a Carrefour hypermarket with the area of 13,050 sq.m., a Media Markt hypermarket with the area of 6,230 sq. m., a DIY Castorama hypermarket with the area of 15,840 sq. m.
A trade gallery with the area of 15,840 sq. m., a department store for children with the area of 1,675 sq. m., a sportswear department store with the area of 1,680 sq. m., a fast food, cafes, restaurants and office apartments will be present in the center.
The Perga Development company has not announced other parameters of the project yet.
Four or more specialized retail operators representing extensive and profound assortment of goods of any category are part of a Power Center. It can also include a discount center, a mail order trade center and others. Power Centers are located, in most cases, in the suburbs and in the city outskirts near highways.
