Real estate prices in Moscow stabilized, in Moscow Region are still growing
There have been no substantial changes in the secondary real estate market of Moscow this week. Average supply price of per sq. m. increased by 0.1% and reached $6,639. In the market, reduction of weekly growth rates and their stabilization within the limits of 0.1-0.8% in a week is registered in May. According to DAILYSTROY estimations, the situation will remain during the whole summer period, which, in case the market develops in a normal way, is characterized by modest rates of price growth.
In a counterbalance to Moscow, the price growth in the real estate market of Moscow Region continued. Within the week, average price per sq. m. for housing outside the Moscow Ring Road grew by 1.3% and totaled $3,588. The highest price rise was seen in the second and the third zones. Thus, today's growth is returning to previous positions. Just a week ago, there was a correction in some areas in the market of Moscow Region, which caused decline of average prices. In the current period, the price level attained previous positions, and in some cases its figures rose:
- 1. The first zone of Moscow Region: growth by 0.9% to the level $4,026 per sq. m.;
- 2. The second zone of Moscow Region: growth by 1.2% to the level $3,282 per sq. m.;
- 3. The third zone of Moscow Region: growth by 1.9% to the level $2,551 per sq. m.
